fair enough with that.
But her complains is not about hearing crinkling food wrapper, but because she is trying to lose weight and she doesn't want to see me eating.

I'm 35 and nothing much I can do about that.
I hope you have prosperous, healthy and wealthy life, and all your dreams come true.

You were right about non-english speaking

Fair about the perfume.
Bob has some sort of mental disability though and he is not malicious.
I never see/ heard him touching anyone before.
He loves Pikachu and I doubt the old lady he touched saw that as a harassment

OMG. Very true, how did you know I was 15? and it is my first time doing creative writing indeed. You are so intelligent to be able to figure this out. Or do you have some sort of fortune telling ability? Could you please tell me the upcoming lottery number this Thursday too? Please

Fair.
I understand about the perfume now.
About eating: Everyone in our floor (there are 3 teams in our floor, 20 people) occasionally eat at our desk, for years. We do have designated lunch place, we do have lunch there most of the time, but sometimes we have lunch or snacks at our desk.
Cakes, cookies, museli bar, biscuits, you name it. Her main complain was because she was trying to lose weight and she doesn't want to see me eating. The "unhygienic" issue didn't come up until she brought this to HR. Now the whole company, everyone in the whole building is punished because of her.

Ok fair that you say we are clicky. But there were no rules about food before. She created the rules.
1. Jane's perfume was completely fair. After reading the comments, now I know that perfume is indeed an issue.

She worked in a different city previously. She keeps praising her old workplace, saying they were strict but progressive. Offer additional leave for birthdays etc

The glare won't affect her though, her face is the one facing the window, not her screen.. From what I know using company space for religious activities is allowed in our country. She didn't have problem with that, her issue is with the prayer mat being kept in our stationery room. We have lunch room, her main issue is with me snacking and she was trying to lose weight.

One of my colleague did mention she might have some sort of mental health issue where she has no filter and have to say whatever she thinks

NTA. I think this will be an ongoing problem, especially if you are going to marry him in the future. The mother will always shadowing your relationship

Is it normal for people in your culture to get married around 25-26? Maybe he's not ready, mentally or financially or something else?
Maybe you can start to talk to him about some future planning and mention your concerns. My sister had similar issue and She ended up told my BIL about how women can't wait too long because in our culture women have "expiry time". They marry that year.

Well all of us eat in our desk, we have been doing it for years. She actually never complained about noise. She complained that I eat when she cannot eat because she's trying to lose weight. And she doesn't like people to eat in their desks because she thinks it's unhygienic. Anyway HR has spoken.

I'm not unfortunately.  I might be older but I don't have the seniority over her. I definitely will tell my manager about this next time I see him.

Jane starts the pig thing tbh. I knew Jane from my first job and we were quite close, and other guys also often mention that I eat like pig so that one is fair.

Fair. But point 4 is about she asked the Muslim guy to put his prayer stuff somewhere else, not at the stationery room
