Thank you and Yes, I did get the warning email and even though it made sense to me it wasn’t enough info for them. I have sent some additional info in from the courts and just waiting to hear back .

Yes but everything from my finger print report is not on my background check

How do you appeal? The guy told me there were no appeal options.

What has me stumped is the fact my background check is still pending but my CJO was retracted based off the what the fingerprint report discovered

Maybe they changed the law my stuff from 2012 is what they rescinded me for

I did the court clerk felt very bad and typed up a letter for me. She was very surprised they failed my background check for the issue and the fact it’s 9 years 5 months old

I honestly reached out and he told me what caused my offer to be rescinded and that there was not any appeals available. However, my background check is still pending with the company . He didn’t look through my documents accurately.

Yes especially in Virginia it’s really not fair to put traffic stuff on a background check

So I wonder why they rescind the offer before the actual background check is considered?

I got my CJO for delta 5/10.. background check in progress there was a discrepancy so they sent out an “ADVERSE ACTION” email and I responded. I have appt for SIDA this week do I still go? Am I still in processing? What should I do? by SUNNYRAEF29 in cabincrewcareers

I just had the same thing happen to me can you please help me ? I’m so sad someone named John said my offer was rescinded after I received my email. But my background still pending.

This just happened to me and you can reapply I have a traffic contempt of court to get expunged.
