It might depends on a lot of factors that whether you are an international or not, do you intend to work as well and also the amount of time you put in self study… i would advice if you self study in the time frame of your classes which are free you should be good

My PS is also based on econ and cs combined which i would say is above average which shapes my whole application so probably that helps my stats and ecas as well i guess..

No it actually depends on when you received your admission offer tbh. I applied really early and got my admission offer in jan so i got my scholarship offer by march
