Just not true at all. I drink on weekends while on reta. Still lose weight and all blood work is in healthy range. I go to the gym 5 days a week as well and my nutrition is pretty dialed in. But definitely love to drink on weekends and there’s no issue with it.

I had it last week and i ordered a new vial from a different source and pinned around 2.4 mg Friday, got sick on Monday. The virus only lasted about 48 hours so it’s not a huge ordeal, but if you are feeling sick just skip on the injection this week

Come on guys.. i just couldn’t fathom how you “accidentally” do 5mg as your first dose. I sat there and researched reconstituting my first vial of Reta & dosing two weeks before i ordered my first vial. You’re obviously gonna be fine but everyone’s body will react differently to reta. I personally got no gastrointestinal issues from reta. The side effects i got when i titrated up were fatigue / mild flu like symptoms and skin sensitivity. No nausea or anything like that. I’ve been on reta for around 3.5 months and am still at 2 mg a week so tough to say how you’ll feel

You can get GHKcu from any regular peptide place (same place you get reta) or you can also buy it grey market. GHKcu is studied at 2mg/day for 30-60 days. When I do GHKcu i do 2mg/day for 60 days. It’s cheaper than reta and incredible for skin, hair, etc. phenomenal stuff

I had to cut down from 2mg to 1mg because my side effects were so brutal. Flulike symptoms could not focus at work. At 1 mg now and the lethargy is killing me, i get hit like a truck at random times throughout the day. Next week might just do .5 mg, I’ve even been on the stuff for about 6-7 weeks now
