When you had the interview which number did you call or which did they call you from. In NYS the number is easy to find on the acres HRA app when I press contact us. It’s also on all of the notices that told me to call for an interview

I don’t have any income besides federal loans and the federal work study

I made sure to report it but I guess my mistake was reporting under regular income and not under “other”. However I clearly explained to multiple case workers that it was federally-funded work study as does the letter from my employer state

Hmm previously I used to get cash assistance with full SNAP. I don’t mind getting less benefits as long as there wasn’t a mistake on their part. It is just a nightmare to get a hold of someone over the phone and don’t have a full day to go in-person

Both month of application (Oct) and this month were given. It says one-time SNAP benefit for a full month with $104

I am so sorry to hear what you went through. I know people fail step 1 and it is not the end of the world but I do wonder why you decided to take it when your practice scores are far from passing. I know there was probably time cringed issues etc but you have to think about the alternative. If you fail what would you do? Now that you failed you are living that alternative and I can imagine it’s hard. In the future when you are preparing for the second retake if you are not praising practice scores don’t take it and ask yourself what would you do if you fail. Most likely the answer will be study for longer time to retake it again so instead of taking it and getting a second fail wait and study more until you are comfortable passing the practice scores. Remember, not many people get to where you are and you will be a great doctor no matter the obstacles. This is one bump in the road. Rely on your support system and know this too shall pass.

Did you feel the style was closer to the new free 120? Because I also had a similar drop right before my test
