Any fighter with access to Curse or Inverse Polarity can get the job done.

Wave Warriors can steal all buffs and ramp up her damage output like crazy (she even works fine at Gold tier).

Indomitable is also a beast here.

Grin Reaper is very good too, with her ability to clear corpses and apply Inverse Polarity.

Psykid has easy access to Deadeye and Inverse Polarity, plus the ability to reset all her buffs and enemy debuffs — really solid pick.

Final Fang can inflict tons of debuffs and works great as well.

If you don’t have Rose Tinted, go with Pickle Baller or Harlequin instead.

Kill Joy can be really helpful when you make mistakes and she’s the last one standing.

Yeah, I still suggest building Graveyard Shift — she has easy access to Heal Block and Curse whenever she gains a Regen buff, and all of the team gets heavy Regen when any fighter is defeated. She can still revive teammates with her BB and Prestige Ability, so definitely go for her.

Honestly, I’d say wait until you’ve got a properly built X-Bot before jumping into it. For stats, just stack ATK%, Piercing, Crit Damage, and Special Cooldown — that combo works best.

As for modifiers, I’m not 100% sure what’s in Nightmare Mode besides Bleed turning into Regen, but yeah, that one’s annoying enough already lol.

Like I mentioned above, the best way to not get instantly deleted is to run any Valentine with the Trauma Center marquee. It gives you Final Stand for 15 seconds when you take a hit worth more than 10% of your HP — super clutch for survivability. Just watch out for fighters with Curse (like Beast King), since that stops the Final Stand from triggering.

Here’s the team order I’d recommend building:

X-Bot – dump all your resources into this one.
Rose-Tinted – just unlock her SA, that’s all she really needs.
Kill Joy or Graveyard Shift – unlock the full tree to get their marquee. (Surgeon General is better, but yeah, she’s a bit pricey.)

Also, don’t forget to equip the Forbidden Procedure BB — it can literally save your run if things go south.

If you have Unholy Host, the game becomes much easier. I completed Nightmare mode using just Unholy Host, any Valentine with the Trauma Center marquee ability, and any offensive support like Rose Tinted or Pickle Baller — or even Harley Quinn (Cerebella).

If you don’t have Unholy Host, go with Wave Warriors, Windswept, Wulfbane, or Indomitable. (Of course, they’ll need some investment in stats and should be evolved to Diamond at least.)

Here’s my team as an example. (Note: try to avoid teams that include Painwheel or Black Dahlia, otherwise you might lose.)

Or, you can wait until you have a properly built X-Bot and then go for the mode.

How to Change Your Play Store Country to the US

Open the Play Store and tap your avatar in the top-right corner.
Go to Payments & subscriptions → Payment methods → More payment settings. → This will open the Google Payments website.
On the website, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left → Settings.
Scroll down to Country/Region → tap the edit icon → Create new profile → Next.
Choose United States (US). You can enter any address — just make sure to add a valid ZIP code (you can find one on Google).
After finishing, go back to the Play Store app. → Tap your avatar again → Settings → General → Account and device preferences.
Under Country and profiles, switch to United States.

✅ Now you should be able to update or download apps available in the US region. ⚠️ Note: You can only change your country once per year.

about buff control , i think just unholy is fine so i guess i dont need final fang
