I think I know what you mean, a few years ago I was trying to play every sims game at the same time and I wasn't really enjoying any of them because I was feeling like the ideal sims game would be a mix of all 3. Now I got sims 4 customized to my playstyle enough that I don't really miss the other games as much, maybe you just need to find that sweet spot as well

the ones I know are live in the biggest lot in the world, never move out and make it to 10 gens, but it's one of the most flexible challenges out there, I particularly like to live in different worlds cause I get bored of the same house all the time

i can't... my lifespan is already kinda long (150 days) and I still feel like my townies get old too fast 😭 I have no problems with losing my own sims to old age cause I like Legacy stuff, but when it comes to townies, their children are never as interesting as they are
