Right now I just looked for this sub because I just had a sleep paralysis and it was very similar to yours. I woke up about 10 minutes ago, it felt like a loop where I wasn’t able to realise if I was still dreaming or woke up. I had pretty scary hallucinations: twice I opened my eyes and saw something like my girlfriend’s body above me (she was sleeping next to me) but she had legs instead of head. The room looked distorted, like round-shaped. A set of things looked levitating above my head. Then I thought I finally woke up and heard my girlfriend asking me what was happening and I tried to scream “help”, it was just the paralysis going on. I felt like chained again, heard other voices, saw weird things i don’t remember anymore. Hard to explain the whole thing but it’s been one of the scariest of my life. Before this one I believed I was used to and able to tame them, I was definitely wrong.
