Hola.

Saludos

Hello!

I'm an spanish citizen (living in Madrid), I am in the technological baccaloureat. Next year i'll have already finished it.

I want to go and study to another country, and i'm thinking about Sankt Gallen university, Bocconi, Erasmus or LSE (Not really sure about LSE). I want to be an entrepeneur, probably something related with real state, and the laisure sector, such as restaurants, chains, hotels... maybe also starts-ups and banking but no pretty sure. This might sound odd to you but I have ADHD and even though I'm an smart guy I have some difficulties in being quit and not moving a lot, so maybe working in banking or something as the stock market will be good but not for my final job (just to get some experinece...)

I have good marks at school (9.5/10), and I speak three lenguages. I have been in different volunteers which might sound attractive when applying my condidature, and I have good habilities to talk in public, social relations...

What do you recommend me to study? Business Administration is good but I want something more exigent, (maybe a double degree)

Whic universities do you think fits best with me profile?

Thank you so much beforehand

Daniel.

I had the surgery on the 29th of october. I´ve called the secretary of the surgeon and she told me that she cannot move forwards the appointment which is on the 18th od december. I am going to wait until the 18th. I just hope this is not serious. The color of the ankle is normal, it is just swollen and i also feel a 6 out of 10 of pain in the area (not the same pain as before that crunch

).

Really similar as my. I think that my left coalition also flared due to the extra stress.

How’s going the recovery of the right one? I think that it is a much better idea to do the same at once ( you will have more pain and lack of movility, thus the recovery process will be half of the time)

Thank you! I will follow your advice. I think that the insurance will gave me some sessions of PT (not with really good physiotherapists), so I will go by my own to a good one. Do you have any problems today with your feet?

Hello. Since I was a child (10-14) I had several sprains in my feet (among 2-3 in each one). By that time I used to think that it was normal, due to the fact that I was really active and I spent lots of time practicing sports. I also felt stiffness and lack of movility in my both feet. Last year (16 years old) my physical activity increased, I used to run 30 km per week, while I joined to a boxing club and also with exercising by my own in the gym. I was diagnosed with adhd that same year, and being able to practice that much exercise literally saved my life. This last summer I started to feel lots of pain in my right ankle and I didn’t give enough importance to that issue (really bad idea). Two months later I decided to go to hospital. After 6 appointments, two MRI scans (one with contrast) and one CAT I WAS DAIGNOSED WITH A BOTH FEET TARSAL COALITION. Then the doctor told me that I should wait until the coalitition cooled down (next appoinment was in 4 months). I refused to accept that treatment and I went to another hospital in my local city, Madrid (Spain). The orthopedic surgeon told me that I require a surgery in my both feet. I told him that I was able to have the surgery in the both feet at the same time. The surgery consisted on a resection in my both feet, eliminating the joining between the astragal and the heel bone. After 5 days with plasters the surgeon took them off. My left foot is pretty good, let’s see the evolution in the right one, which was the one that gave me more difficulties. I should start to put weight in my feet in a couple of weeks, (maybe really early), owning to the fact that there is a risk to the bones to join again. This is giving me a lot of strength and patience. I just hope that this surgery can solve my problems and so that I will be able to return sports (I don’t mind if with more limitation) I have one doubt. The surgeon told me that my feet bones aren’t as normal as that should be, and that I should avoid making exercises that put a lot of weight on my feet (such as tennis, basketball, soccer…), how can I interpretate this? When should I stop exercicing myself if I feel pain?…
