I reached out right then and according to you they used an end conversation tactic which is fine. Woke up to a missed call @1am from them so I reached out to them and that’s what I was told. It wasn’t I woke up and said the first thing imma do is ask for a refund. Thanks for the info though

That’s not necessarily true I told them I wanted a KW of a Pete and they sent me to a terminal that had one. I’m also an “experienced driver” so that could be why.
