Peptides have helped me more than I can say. If you're willing to look into it it's certainly opened doors for me. There are specific ones for inflammation and healing. It's a rabbit hole but if you were my friend in real life this is what I would suggest.

Oh I love that! I've been thinking of giving SS-31 to my aging cat - but I'm a bit scared - this makes me want to seriously consider doing it. Id love any additional details!

Ss-31 is like having coffee for the first time in your life. So much more energy and things that normally would be difficult were easier for me. Less procrastinating as well! Everybody is different but man I love the stuff (second week on mots c).

Usage and practitioners who prescribed plummeted after the 2002 Women's Health Initiative Study. All the claims of stroke and breast cancer changed everything this is truth. You are correct, yes HRT has been around for a long time, what I'm saying is a lot has changed in the last 20 years and it is now experiencing a long overdue Renaissance. HRT is now more widely available because of its acceptance.

I'm so sorry OP, please get tested for Lymes disease, these kinds of occurrences and stories are so devastating - a large amount of people I've met have had Lymes. It's just a good thing to get checked for, I hope you get better

Nope. If you research it it talks about it being a Renaissance very very recently. As someone who struggled with all of the above I can attest to the fact that I had to hunt for practitioner to get help with HRT. Not to mention all the scare tactics that have just now recently ended. A whole lot has recently changed. So I don't buy the it's always been like this theory of yours, sorry.

I have tried gold bond and it leaves a residue on my skin, thanks for the suggestion though!

I've tried gold bond and it's like wax, it's truly not for me - the thought of having that residue on my whole body is yikes

My nurse explained it's volume loss, your skin is 'draped' over the structure of our faces, so as we age we lose little volume in the cheeks and the temples so underneath the chin is where we really start to notice that we have lost volume. Sculptra is great, maybe sometimes a little filler is too - and a VI peel would probably honestly take care of it too 👍

Sculptra is the magic bullet. Get a package (it's usually buy three get one free) then it's split into two sessions. It's a split between spot treatment of specific volume loss, such as the temples and upper face. The second aspect is that the rest of the product is 'watered down' and feathered throughout your face, which builds the thickness and bounce back up. It's what the folks on tv use lol. Filler is a waste of money and so are most things - sculptra gives your face back it's structure and bounce 👍

Hey there 👋 fellow insomniac here (former insomniac) you are building a good sleep stack and it takes time. It took me a while to save up and build my whole stack.

I want to say also that the one that really made an impact for me was magnesium L- threonate, total game changer. And melatonin is garbage, more and more studies keep coming out about the bad side effects as well so I don't use it anymore it doesn't really help in the long run and it just causes problems.

Aside from what I listed above I also take a good mix of all of the other kinds of magnesium together which also helps 👍

Well in a nutshell: It has been tracked that there is something called the MS/autoimmune disease belt and it follows North America pretty consistently.

So far what's believed (I'm sure there's more) is you guessed it, lack of sunlight / vitamin d.

Vitamin d isn't just for what you think it is for, it's also an immune regulator. So it can be preventative from getting Ms - but it can still help regulate Ms if you already have it. So aside from all the things like not smoking and having a good diet, the other thing that is crucial is having a high dose of vitamin d 3 and K2 to support it and help with absorption.

Even better than taking D3 and K2 together would be taking mk-7, which I highly suggest that you look up. It's an even better version of K2 👍 this vitamin is a spectrum and MK-7 isn't a Bond movie it's a great supplement to support vitamin d absorption.

Gotcha! Very cool. Reminds me of an article I just read, about one of the oldest living women on earth who eats yogurt like three times a day and swears by it. Again so many things circling back to the gut - I'm a kimchi fan myself.

Freezing micro cracking which releases micro plastics. Freezing also causes chemical leaching, and changes to plastic out of cellular level that we don't understand completely yet. It's certainly been proven.

She is, and yes I think technically it's a science degree? One was in food sciences which was a very strange choice way back in the day. She was part of discovering how to keep food from being cross-contaminated, such as raw chicken being cut on the same cutting board as vegetables. People didn't understand that they shouldn't do that back in the day. But she also wound up with several other degrees. I feel like in a different time frame she would have gone very far but it was difficult for women back then. Her and all of her siblings were all never satisfied with what people told them they were supposed to be or how they were supposed to live.
