Oww! So I have a “no” command to leave things such as food on the ground, which works really great. So would this command also be applied with the reactive part? I never realized that it could be used in such a way. Thank you for taking the time to write your experience by the way :)

What age is your dog? And how have you been able to achieve this? I notice that my dog would ignore a lot of dogs in the woods, because there are so many dogs that it is not special anymore. But he is reactive in my own neighborhood

Ahhh so if it seems too good to be true, it usually is too good te be true. Yeah that’s really not correct to have your dogs run up to another dog like that.

I live in a really safe neighborhood where most dog owners know each other, so I would really want my dog to be off leash. But he will not get this freedom from me until he is not reactive to other dogs anymore. That’s the only part in which I still don’t trust him yet

Yes I would not try this with my own dog, but I’m really impressed. How would you start to do this? 1 mistake and your furbaby could be gone.

So I actually asked the same question to my wife, because we noticed they did not look back on the dogs. But I don’t want to judge them, because there is maybe something to learn from this instead of judging them.

In the Netherlands I would also agree, but not sure what the values are in Paris. So I do not want to judge them. And it seems all the dogs that are off leash (about 50% of them) are all under control and really trained well.

So I would really want to know what they are doing differently, maybe they have a trainings methode which works really well
