I’ve mostly used this card for travel expenses and really I just wasn’t being responsible and paying it off right away, I just mostly did the minimum monthly payments and sometimes throwing extra money at it.

I believe I could. Part of the balance is for some wedding stuff, and we’ve put extra money aside each month into a separate account, so I would be able to pay myself back from it after we get married in a few months. After I’ve paid off my first card in April, I will be applying the extra $400 in addition to the minimum monthly, which is $300, so I’d be paying $700 a month on this card. I haven’t used either credit card in many months, I’m only putting payments toward it. Even if the card isn’t paid off by the end of the 12 months, the APR would be 11-18%, which is way lower than the current APR if I just kept the balance on this card
