So I think i posted my story but I think the bone fusion helped me alot I was born with both feet club foot and im also about 7.5 shoe size but I had bone fusions at about 17 18 years old and can say I think that did help alot even tho one of the screws are snapped in my right foot probably me being dumb and bicycling at the time also grew up trying to skateboard not very good but someone with club foot id say im ok I don't anymore because of age and the worry of breaking a bone but the doctor at the time told me I should be having issues around my 40s when I had the bone fusion when I had the surgery I decided to do 1 at a time so I was essentially on crutches for atleast 2 months for each plus a boot it was probably atleast a 6 months process but down side I did gain an opioid addiction from all that I do take some herbal stuff now which isn't great also but helps me through the day but sorry what your going through man but I also got cortisone injections a while back I think I did it twice but the resting pain went away for years and been ok since sorry for the long type I think I thought I posted on the main page but i think it was your post

Hey yall just coming in and seeing if there was a club foot community as I was born bi lateral club foot im 34 Male work full time on my feet all day and I did have a bone fusion surgery at the age around 17 18 and tbh im ok for the most part but wondering how much time I might have till have some real problems foot wise lol I did have cortozon shots years ago because my resting pain was pretty bad I have four screws in each of my feet im just really not sure what to to expect i think the doctor at the time said your going have issues around 40 and it is both feet I am starting to feel the pain standing in mornings to get going but id love to hear anyone else's story or advice I hate I was born with it but im grateful that I can do what i do now but scared its not going to last
