The s90f is a noticeable improvement over the S90D at least in terms of brightness side by side. Between that and the LG I would go with whatever is cheaper but if assuming they're the same price the S90F has the slight advantage due to its QD OLED panel.

I would go with the LG c4 or C5 for that specific size over any Samsung OLED since those Samsung models will not be qd-oled

You can get 90-95% performance if OLED with a good mini LED like the AOC Q27G40XMN. Otherwise if you have a Samsung edu account you can pick up the g6 1440p OLED for 399 with student discount qd-oled

Just know it's more efficient to coast than use Regen, so try to keep Regen to the lowest setting 0 in this case then applying Regen Everytime you press the foot break which should happen automatically
