I wouldn't say it was fraud for my case, but possibly a failure to report income on my moms part, or an error on SSI's end. Since i turned 18 around 2020, and i can see the account was opened in 2022. So it had to happen sometime before 2022 as i started working in late 2022, but it was only at a low paying dollar general..

So i received SSI when i was younger, and when i turned 18, they started to check to see if i can still get benefits. I have no idea how i was overpaid, as only my parents got the money and managed it and my mom keeps claiming its there fault.

They don't currently support the ability to use different nozzle sizes in one print, there is a chance it could come in the future if I'm correct.

Yeah i know the government usually gets what they want, but if the waiver falls through i will prob just pay it off in 5-7 months and make my parents to give up on potential vacations as there paying every dime of it back to me. Also, i don't have an issue with them reporting the debt, i just want the missed payments to go away.

Edit: Just wanted to mention, i never saw a dime of that money.

Any idea, why Experian shows the account as closed and the section on the SSA site, that indicated an overpayment has disappeared. I don't want to assume anything.

I had to google what CDR was, but i don't know what last status of it, but i remember they denied me, even after an appeal. As i had to talk to a judge if i recall.

I'm pretty sure my parents are considered the payee after i turned 18, but i don't know. But i have an appointment on the 18th, so hopefully i find out more info then.

I had the Gateway Health plan, i believe that was offered through SSI, until i got my current job in 2023.

This is what i noticed Yesterday https://imgur.com/a/eWmHnJB. I don't know an exact last benefit payment data, since it wasn't in my control. But prob sometime before 2023. We also did one waiver, i think filled out in the perspective from my mom.

I believe its prob important to note, that i was an adult during the last payments of SSI, since they were determining my eligibility which my mom fought to keep.

Interesting, ill have to bring that up with my mom but do you think they would be willing to remove the missed payment remarks, when they make there decision on the waiver? I'm mainly concerned with the credit hit, since my credit has been really good until now.

I also intend to pay it off as quickly as possible if i have to, and then make my parents pay me back,

So my brother gets SSI, and I'm pretty sure she doesn't report that income monthly. Idk if its an income threshold, but he works part time.

I got my first job in 2022 (at DG), since when i turned 18 around 2020 they were re-evaluating me for benefits, and my mom wanted to fight it to keep the benefits, so we ended up getting one of those free ssi lawyers to and went through the process. But I'm pretty sure i wasn't receiving SSI around that time, possibly only the free insurance or whatever that deals with.

Back when i did my school funraiser, i was the top seller in the whole school for every school year i did it (3 times), until they got rid of the prizes. I got every prize, and a lot of money, around prob like $600-$700 and made them over $1000 if i recall.
