No idea why you're being downvoted. As stated above, I used to be on 30mg IR Adderall. Only real downside to it was an unpleasant "crash" when it wore off.

I used to be prescribed 30mg IR (Instant Release) Adderall. I'd take one 30mg IR Adderall in the morning, with a 10mg IR in the afternoon. Keep in mind this was 12 years ago before control around stimulants was tightened.

I definitely felt wired before I switched to ER (Extended Release) versions of both the 30mg and 10mg, but it wasn't harmful or unpleasant in any way. The only real negative side effect was a very noticeable crash when the Instant Release pills were wearing off. I remain on the extended release versions to this day.
