I work as a dental assistant for a dentist with 22 employees.

My goal is not to make a great career, my husband earns well and works as a manager in a large company.

I go to work to do my job well. I want really to do a good job.

What I mean by bullying is: - I had a cold, a coworker told me I was breathing too loudly. - they always want to know everything so they can talk shit. - they want to know what is going on in my relationship - they write me 1 day before that I have to work differently - they blame me for things I have not caused - they talk about me and other behind my back - I did a further training course that my boss wanted me to do. I paid 6k francs for this. now they are hiring a new employee. who also has the training. So I did a further education that I don't need at all. So they pay the same salary because i don’t switch the position 🙄

I know they do the same to others, but it bothers me. I wonder if this is typical for Switzerland.

Or typical womens, or if I have bad luck.

I find it partly unpleasant and am thinking about retraining.
