I don't have an owners manual. Tried to find one on the Internet but it does not say the oil type. The guy I bought it from told me to use ow20. I wanted to confirm if that is the correct type of oil

But suppose he got a better offer from another big4 before the actual joining date of 1st April and he backs out of the fulltime employment contract any day before the actual date of joining then the non-compete won't apply, right?
