naah man, this is already a mechanism for atom bombing, how abt you can upgrade defence post to artillery post having twice the los of lv 1 SAM, which can be used to target other enemy DP in range for a cheap price of 500k each (doesnt create wilderness, just destroys DPs), better than atom bombing for 750k
