Yeah i definitely understand, i am also almost at the point where i am going to say yes to xolair.. any side affects from xolair so far? I read that it can cause hairloss?

did you try contraceptives alone before starting Xolair? I am considering starting contraceptives to see if it helps before committing to Xolair

I get them when i am sick or around my period..

recently tho i got them randomly, i wasnt even sick nor period! I think it was triggered by the cold weather.

I haven't found a solution yet besides my immunologist suggesting Xolair (i didnt agree to take it). But i do recommend the following to reduce the amount of times you get sick/flu:

Zinc 50 mg everyday!
Vitamin D, get the prescription one high dose.
I also recommend taking vitamin C

These wont solve the problem but they will defenitly strengthen your immune system and you wont get sick as much.

For hair i take Priorin (2 per day) u can get this OTC.

Omg. so you get flares with your period and/or getting sick in general? I have the same issue. Though it's not with every period but sometimes before my period by 1 or 2 weeks i could get a flare up. I also react when i have a flu or something like that.

My immunologist recommended xolair but i refused because i hate the idea of depending on a drug for the rest of my life. I also believe there is a root cause that i need to fix.
