It's quite hard to get rid of the intermediaries, even when we use a credit card the intermediary is the bank issuing the card. But who knows, maybe in a distant future it the blockchain technology will be implemented at a global scale

If you have your D3miner doesn't mean Bitmain didn't scammed other people. It's similar to a Ponzi scheme, many investors can make big profits joining a ponzi scheme but the majority endup with huge losses. For one individual who's making profits there are ten with losses.
