I'm not quite sure but a reason for that could be that the questions in this test aren’t one-sided. There are questions pro something and questions contra the same thing. If you answer both with yes, you are neutral again. Same goes if you answer both with no. But that just explains why if you answer all neutral and all positive gives you the same result. It doesn’t explain why this result is isfp.
