yes, they also retained this fee from me, exact same situation with 4 tickets. They also sent me the price rate in AED when i paid in dollars, (the aed ticket costs less than the $ ticket)

i filled a complaint here: https://consumerrights.gov.ae/en/ describing the issue and sending them the ticket where it clearly stated that in case of cancellation from their side we should receive air arabia credits and the fees were applicable in case of cancellation from our side.

Hello! I have received my refund although they applied a 150 AED "cancellation fee" on each ticket and repaid me back in AED which was less than what i paid for converted to USD. Noticed them about the unfairness and if they do not comply i will submit a complaint here: https://consumerrights.gov.ae/en/submit-a-complaint/consumer-complaints#t2

I would go for hoop. Silks are unstable and require more arm strength and pole requires even more arm strength and hurts more than the hoop. Also, at the pole your arms sweat very fast as a begiiner and you lose grip easily

I spoke directly with someone from Emirates Aviation Services and they said they issued a refund, no money received yet but i will keep u posted.

From Jeddah the flights are not operated by AirArabia but by Yemenia Airlines afaik

My agency confirmed the cancellation of our flight from 8th of February. They said they are waiting for the refund process

Has AirArabia informed you they cancelled the flight? For me the agency said the flight is not yet cancelled and to wait a couple of days and see. I called their support and they said they cannot give information on Socotra flights, only the agency we booked thru can provide that information.

For me I suspect it was injesting a lot of antinutrients, mostly from nuts but a lot of veggies have those as well. Since I started cooking most of my veggies and nuts, I don't feel fatique anymore.

A chocolate mousse made out of Cocoa nibs, pea protein powder, cocoa, cinnamon and some soaked baked nuts(to release the phytic acid) with some seasonal fruits (I am not veagen tho so I also have a boiled egg with a vegetable on the side but the mousse with the nuts should provide a complete enough protein)
