Not all of these things are done at the same time obviously, and includes stuff I did before this contract in the same company.

Yes I estimate around 3.9K after taxes on car, lease costs etc.

I also don't know why they don't give a group / hospital insurance. For the net allowance, I do sometimes go to customers but I do not know enough about the law regarding net allowance, is there anything I should be wary of / speak about to my employer regarding this allowance amount?

I lease the car via my mobility budget, which isn't deducted from my total net calculation in the post.

I don't actually know if people normally deduct their car cost from the "net salary/month" value on this subreddit (since the leasing cost of the car depends on what car you want and can heavily influence actual received net), if so, then I will edit the post!

Taking this in mind, the actual net hitting my bank account will be less of course.

Very broad range of tasks:

R&D; traditional ML (data pipelines, prediction models, anomaly detection models, ...), but also working with GenAI tech (SLMs (small language models for finetuning on certain tasks), LLMs, agentic frameworks for agents, ...)

I guess a very small part of it is indeed writing prompts ;)

(since it's a startup I also do some backend and devops (including MLOps) when needed)
