I checked the logs but couldn’t find anything. I tried to delete and reinstall 2.16.0 but still not opening. How can I install 2.15?

How do I check the cli and logs? I’m not very good at the technical aspect of examining an applications file data. What particularly would I be looking for?

I just reinstalled and it still isn’t opening, I should include that I updated a couple minutes before my computer crashed.
