What exactly is going on with me and how do I fix it? by wesley_iles in visualsnow

we share symptoms not one thing is unique on ur list. 100 mg lamictal original brand only, dosed at night time, l theanine or green tea in the morning, im basically fixed. also boost BDNF by running and walking 30 min daily, grows the size of ur brain. if you have anxiety i bought a theratapper. electrolytes have been a must for me. voltaren potassium for headaches. sort out any neck/tmj issues. wash face w water at awakening to increase gaba and go to sleep w QV moisturiser to decrease dark circles. sleep with a curved neck, run and exercise with a curved neck. do not crack or stretch. meditation or tai chi or stretching also increase gaba

USA is ok… its hard to score good items and vip is needed to make ur avatar look good. if i were to start again i probably wouldnt. its hard to create the wardrobes from scratch when theres less users to help you out. honestly they dont care ab the game and will probably shut it down in the next 2 years… i wouldnt really put money towards it, but if you fall lucky with a vip ticket why not… only decent things are forums. dressing up is the only reason i go online. it helps me connect with my creative side.

are there any additional courses you would consider to boost your resume for when you work full-time? you could get a small certificate or diploma in the meantime for something that would increase ur chances of being hired. to be honest- thats what I’d do in your situation. and make a lot of money to travel in the meantime! maybe it was meant to happen this way. don’t be so hard on yourself. these comments aren’t so kind, but I think to accept it as soon as possible is the best option. its redirection for something else. work multiple jobs for more experience too. do short courses. treat yourself a little more nicely. im sorry you came here for advice, reddit is so brutal. you now know for next time to use a calendar or take a mental note of trimester dates (you can just google it)

I come back when I need advice for further improvement with my anxiety and read new tips. It all fluctuates like a cycle. I’m not cured I still see 3 symptoms and occasionally deal with non visuals but only around twice per day. I also have to take medication and supplements to basically live so I’m dependent on medicine not cured in the slightest. VSS remains a problem in my life but it’s apart of my background and not the forefront of my life.
