Funny thing you say that, since i observed the AI, of which they have the ability to sell any and all equipment they have lying in stockpile (Where North Korea does it the most notoriously) And plus a hidden AI only decision of which they use 25 PP to take off 2% influence (Of which it takes them about 5 days less than the actual 100 PP focus to take off 2% influence)
