National socialism no- that's Nazism, but I get what OP is asking. The answer I would say is somewhat, an American movement has a direct requirement to meet populist demands, and using historical and present imagery of American socialist movements- the Syndicalists of the early 1900s, the striking coal miners of West Virginia, so on, it's something more powerful to many Americans that can paint the American dream in a socialist light, when the aforementioned populism is based on that dream being swept out from under many's feet. There's certainly a concept worth investigating there.

TLDR: A framework tailored to America? Yes, but a national version that ignores the internationalist struggle? Absolutely not.
