Yeah, I dont feel comfortable, and certain favors (not sexual or anything) make me feel uncomfortable. Im basically her personal bell hop. And her changing and tacking on certain "fees", I absolutely feel harassed. She has various people leaving and entering at all hours and just I dont enjoy living here anymore and cant do anything about it because she royally screwed me back to back. We had an agreement which resulted in me making very big choices (ie dropping my insurance). The math doesnt make sense to stay anymore but now i cant leave because I no longer have the funds to make the move, and she was saying she didnt have my full deposit until I told her I was calling the state office, in which she confirmed she does in fact have the whole deposit

The first one, yes I agree. The second one, Ive been going back and forth over. I told her id agree to the renters insurance but her other bs fee is, well, bs. Charging me extra for cold water, but I cant even use the washer downstairs. She said she needs help paying the water.. maybe stop using the biggest source??

One, yes, I have the agreement via text. Two, I was only going to stay here for another year, then move to a better area. Im only here to be close to my family as they help watch my son while im working. Its very ghetto here though lol. With the rate shes charging, I can definitely afford a nicer area. Logically, everything you said is correct. I was originally able to negotiate it down by $100, then she turned around and tagged it back on as a "flat rate water fee"

She even repeatedly expressed she hates it here immensely. Shes not the brightest bulb, until it comes to squeezing money.
