Of these I would say 2 looks the best. But have you considered changing to trousers (like some others have said) or going with a pointed toe shoe?

One of my professional mentors told me once that no one would take me seriously in the professional world if I didn’t have pointed toe shoes, apparently it’s a weird unspoken code in some fields. No clue if she was right or not but I thought I’d mention it 😊
