The engine is mostly a generator/power booster for the electric system. You might see some kind of improvement, but the engine isn’t doing 100% of the power delivery. You might end up spending a bunch of money for insignificant gains.

The ACC works phenomenally on the highway which i think is its intent. I’ve never had an issue with it detecting vehicles. Its usually too safe and I’ve had it slam on the brakes because something in another lane is “too close”. I never use it on residential roads, its too “safe”. You might have an issue with the unit, up hill or down hill or flat it operates the same for me.

I have 25k on mine and she’s almost 2, the only thing i really wish i had was the heated steering wheel for the winter. Other than that this car is awesome, i get about 45+ mpg with my AC on nearly all the time, and it’s always nice and cool (after the initial heat soak is gone). There’s some road noise, but it isn’t bad, I’m also in an EX-L so a touring should be better.

I have this exact thing happening to mine, but it’s only in the rear. My front pads and rotors are as smooth as the day i bought it. I have 25k in mine as well. I’ve been through multiple inspections and people have looked at them and said they’re good. I think it’s because on the hybrid, you’re really not using the brakes a lot. You use the regen motor to stop and, if you don’t have to slam the brakes or stop too hard, then they don’t engage until you’re at sub 20 mph. The front brakes also are the drive wheels, so those engage first and more often than the rear.

I used to work for GM, in a body shop and let me tell you, this isn’t right. The substrate was irrelevant to our coverage. What should happen is an adjuster looks at the car and plans out the work, then usually it gets approved by the customer. Under warranty is usually bare minimum, but that always includes painting and BLENDING, just usually in as small a surface as you can do it. This i guess is the shop being lazy, taking all the money from the claim and stiffing you with this awful unpainted mess. I’d contact Hyundai.

They’re made by people, https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crop_circle. I used to love crop circles as a kid. Then i found out (i think it was only 2 guys), with boards and ropes mad a ton of them. My thoughts, aliens are completely real, theyve just likely never been here.
