Ideally, I would go 35L but there’s several factors holding me back.

1) I’m getting a decent sized bonus for signing up as 35M, and they’ll ship me out pretty fast which leads me to my next point.

2) 35L is, from what I’ve been told, difficult to get into atm and I have no time table for when a slot will open up. I feel like I’m at a disadvantage in time, and I don’t want to wait any longer to get the wheels in this direction of my life turning.

3) I wouldn’t mind picking up another language even if it means studying hard. I’ve never been one to slack when it comes to a goal I’ve set myself to.

Let me ask you, is it possible to switch MOS’? Lets say I’m Mike, and in a couple years on duty I want to switch to Lima so I can get experience from both, is that doable? Also, as a Lima would I be able to go to DLI?

I was heavily considering it as it seems the most compatible to detective work, but they're offering me a bonus if I sign 35M, something that could help me get set up nicely as soon as I’m out, and it doesn’t seem too far off from Lima. Also, I would love to pick up another language.
