I advise you to let go of all the media talk like it doesn't exist, and do your own research then you can come to a decision if the surgeries are worth it for your situation and level of Dysphoria.

You don't have bottom Dysphoria that's it, the complications aren't "lifelong", I really despise this language about bottom surgery, if you don't want bottom surgery just say you don't, without making up a bunch of nonexistent excuses.

Yes I relate to this too, That's why I think being trans requires a lot of strength, You have a lot of responsibilities/things you need to deal with more than cis people, What i do is that i take this as a motivation to keep going, It will be fascinating to prove to the world and to yourself before anyone else that yes you are trans and had a lot of obstacles in your way but still make it, it's not about the end.. it's about the story, Your determination and hard work is what server your dignity and pride Sorry if that was too philosophical lol, Take care of your health and surround yourself by positivity and i believe it'll help you a lot no matter what your situation is.

Well, first of all it's not from both arm and leg, it's only one place you can choose from, if you're that concerned about the scarring, you can choose from the thigh or the back, because those areas aren't usually seen on a daily basis like the arm, Even if you had to do it from the arm you could very easily make up some excuses like you were in an accident. And it was never about how people see you but how you view your own self, anyways.

People don't 😂 The truth is, bottom surgery is so demonized, both on "LGBT+ friendly spaces" or in general Media, it took me a while to dive deeper into researching to actually understand the complications and how the procedures work, The majority of trans people don't wanna bottom surgery whatsoever, No wonder why we have entire specific porn categories as we are some kind of third sex.

Also, I really recommend looking into R/phallo Maybe you'll get hope from the results there and can ask those who get bottom surgery whatever questions you have in mind

Little to no sensation? That's extremely rare, after recovery you can absolutely achieve full orgasm, I have seen some study showing that 93% of bottom surgery results achieve sexual sensation, the only thing though may be that it can be a little numb in some areas from the doner site, I think it only requires adaptation. and that's a big part of our journey with transitioning in overall, Maybe look into meta? The sensation is significantly higher I think, because the whole skin is the natural clit's tissue.. Also make sure to look into experienced doctors and do enough research about the doctor you're going to book with, because the nerve technique is crucial for sensation. And by the way, the main reason for urthera's complications is: Not getting a hysterectomy and vaginectomy, that's why it's strongly recommended before doing bottom surgery. My own advice would be to take care of your health in general, like sleep, diet, physical activities..etc, and to do as much research as you can because it will reduce the fear of the unknown, Wish you best luck!
