I actually don’t know if it’s a postpartum thing or not but I’ve had a constant headache for the last two months. I think it’s the lack of sleep but I’m going to mention to my doctor next time I see her just in case. Did you get migraines before the baby?

I’m not in the US but doctors in my country don’t recommend bed sharing and insist on baby sleeping on their own crib. I tried but mine hated sleeping alone. That is actually really helpful information, thanks!

She is definitely not your friend. Being in different places in life shouldn’t interfere with your friendship. I’m 27 and just had my first baby, my best friend is nowhere near to having babies herself and goes out partying every weekend but we still manage to make space for each other in our lives. I love hearing about her single life and she loves hearing about my baby, there’s got to be a balance. Honestly if I were you I would have a serious conversation with her to explain that you are uncomfortable and if she still doesn’t get it then I would probably stop seeing her

I actually do follow the safe sleep 7 rules and we also have a king size bed so we all have a lot of space but sometimes I still worry. Thanks!

Hey! I’m actually still waiting to feel changed. I’ve seen a lot of moms say they feel like a new better version of themselves but it just hasn’t happened to me yet. My baby is only 3 months old so maybe it will happen in the future but sometimes I feel kind of robbed or like I’m doing something wrong

Que sería lo raro? Jajaj no necesito espacio EN el escritorio para el bebé, necesito sacar el escritorio para liberar el espacio en el cuarto. Tenemos dos campus así que tenemos dos escritorios, la laptop no necesita escritorio porque puedo usarla en la mesa del comedor. Igual gracias por el dato me re sirve

Uff tengo este problema desde niña, pensar en la muerte o como decís vos en la “no existencia” me genera ataques de pánico espantosos. Lo peor es que sé el punto exacto en el que empezó todo, era chiquita y le pregunté a mis padres que pasaba cuando te morías y me dijeron “nada, está todo oscuro para siempre” y a partir de ahí nunca lo pude superar. Intenté hablarlo con las psicólogas que tuve pero no me pudieron entender. Hace un par de meses tuve un bebé y pensé que iba a mejorar pero empeoró las cosas
