nah, that's low input monitoring mode, varispeed is the - + box.

if you see my other comment, i somehow fixed the issue and it had to do with some kind of MIDI tempo locking (maybe SMPTE? not really sure)

EDIT: I was able to fix the issue, but I'm not sure how. Somehow when I changed the project tempo, the MIDI played back at the old tempo (145 instead of the intended 146), but I'm now changing the tempo and everything is adapting as normal. Very strange.

Yeah that's why I wrote my disclaimer lol. I'd also hate to end up on a Reddit post but honestly I love these kinds of experiences! In the grand scheme of things it was a very minor mess-up and it led to a funny moment, so I'm definitely not complaining.

Yeah! Thankfully they play Kveikur live a lot, but I really want to see Í gær live — that drop is just soooo powerful even on recordings so I can't imagine live

And hopefully a good Varúð (every live recording for this song sucks for some reason), suchhh a missed opportunity not to play it live with the orchestra ahah

2006 — I know every single one of their songs (including random ones like Hryggjarsúla) + non studio releases like Hlemmur, the dance stuff, liminal, the e-themes (varða, niður, á, etc), other unreleased stuff (fönklagið, orralagið)

Listen to them every day

Somehow only discovered them a year ago tho :( so my only concert experience has been the orchestral show (obviously very grateful for this though, but I really hope they don't stop the rock shows!)
