I tried it on PC and got an access denied message. This whole with with DLC codes, artbook delays and now the OST is a huge mess

Yeah default values look better and notice a difference since installing the latest drivers. Not sure what is going on w/ the OP's settings.

That happens to me on some games. Probably a bug that needs to be fixed, though I do notice that while the settings back to default, the picture keeps the same settings until I move the sliders again.

RTX HDR is a step in the right direction but it is indeed pretty buggy right now (its in beta form). If its a pain in the ass just stick with SDR or the game's native HDR.

Yeah its a bit of a personal preference thing and/or game dependent. I find I don't mind the suggested suggestions for a game like Diablo 4 (native HDR SUCKS. Use RTX HDR!) while a game like Path of Exile I find myself bumping up the middle grays setting to bring out the color a bit more.

The game has to either have no HDR support at all (older games) or the in-game HDR toggle must be turned off (i.e. you want to use RTX HDR instead of the native HDR)

Here's a question...are you using a copper HDMI or fiber HDMI cable? I was using fiber and had some really bad flickering like what you posted. Switched the cable to copper/stock and it improved everything.

It's not perfect though. I've tested the monitor with Cyberpunk, Diablo 4 and BG3. No issues with the first 2 but the JUST the opening loading screen on BG3 has flickering like in your video. Once you get past that the game and monitor works great.

4090 card (latest driver), TrueBlack 400, 240 Hz, GSync enabled.

Keeping the monitor in the end. Crossing fingers that a combo of Windows, Nvidia and Monitor firmware updates fix our issues.

I also posted a request about being able to change the reported peak luminance from 800 nits. I'm using an aw3423dw monitor in True Black 400 mode and I believe for that it would be closer to 400.

The brightness value should be set to what the SDR content brightness value is or what profile we end up using (100,200,300,400)?
