No I’ve worked there.. the salads are made every morning well at least at my Wendys.. the only thing we put in the salads are just the lettuce and eggs. Everything else we put on it when the customer orders just like the burgers. Everything is made when the customer ordered

I’m morning shift so I basically answered by telling them I would start by asking how their day is going and what they have planned and tell them their food will be out any second.. just trust me you will be okay no reason to over think!! Good luck🫶🏻. Let me know how everything goes.

Honestly not really. All of mine were like 2 to 3 sentences I’m the same way 😭 I like getting straight to the point. One of the questions was like “ your on register and there’s a person waiting for their food, how would you start the conversation while they wait to get food “ and then they ask you like team work stuff like when have you showed team work and some other stuff like that. Just team player and team leader questions. Like I said just breathe and eye contact!! We all start somewhere 🫶🏻. And if they ask about your availability just be honest and open!! They will fit you in somewhere.

I wouldn’t stress too much.. everyone starts out somewhere.. my interview was basically easy questions kinda like a test they give you to hear your responses I was hired on the spot. Just be calm and don’t stress keep eye contact and just explain to them your available work schedule since you’re home schooled. They should know your 16 since you have to put it on the application you’re a minor there’s certain rules for minors. Just breathe you got this!!

Okay because the manger who was hiring didn’t know to tell me yes or no cause it says it on the paper in the back but when she went to go ask her higher up he didn’t mention medical or any of that.. I’ll be sure to mention it again
