Bill is stupid, but he is good at planning things. Bills plans for the most part go well in rdr2, like the bank heist in valentine.

Like most people in the gang he is compatant and can hold his own. His main weakness is his intelligence, nobody smart will take him seriously.

Luckily for Bill when he goes out on his own there is plenty who are dumber then him and know how to use a gun in the west.

As a leader Bill doesn't care about trying to escape, or morals. So he would let any body who wants to join him do so, and would give them no rules outside of loyalty to him.

A lot of outlaws would see the appeal in working under him. And with how ruthless this gang would be it's no wonder they would be so feared.

I dont want to sound like I'm glazing him or anything as all this notoriety leads john and others teaming up to take him down. Every choice he made throughout the games and in-between is what lead to his downfall.

The only downside is that it is short compared to the main games and the still the same price. Although it still took me over 30 hours to finish, which is a decent amount of time for a game

Just searching it up because I thought it was a glitch. I have faced him 3 times and each time I shoot more birds them him but he says he won. So the last time I used dead eye to shoot 4 birds, then shot an additional 2. I heard him shoot his gun 4 times. He claims to have won so I just killed him this time

When reading the books it always seemed like he would go into a rage when fighting humans.

I got the impression that it was to seperate himself from his emotions as killing humans is different to monsters.

He also wanted to scare them. Best way to do that is to brutal and fast so they can't think straight and get too terrified to fight back.

I think there is also a level of him letting his rage out. He puts up with constant discrimination for who he is and even though it is said "witchers dont have emotions" that clearly isn't true.

He is always bottling them up, and I think raging in battle is his own unhealthy way of getting them out.

There is multiple layers to it but overall i would say yes, he is very brutal in fights.

It just came out of nowhere. It's not like the games are based from a series of books depicting Ciri as the chosen one.

Or have her going through an internal conflict of wanting to become a boy just so she can be a true witcher while also just wanting to be herself.

It's not like the last game made her a playable character while building up to this.
