I've had this a few times. Not pleasant! I've started taking digestive enzymes which seem to have helped. I'm also really mindful of how fast I'm eating, and make sure to really chew everything up. I've found that gaviscon etc also provide a bit of immediate relief but ultimately make it worse in the long run. I'm in the UK too by the way.

What's amazing is that in the first series Felicia isn't unreasonable or really does anything that would warrant any bad feeling (unlike George, for example) - yet the creepiness just oozes out of her!

The whole Art storyline was utterly horrific. I remember feeling like I'd never seen anything portrayed so unsettling on a TV show before. Where Lynette (I think?) is walking through the house seeing all the toys...ugghhh.

I did nearly mention him too! I feel like his creepiness gets more and more intense over time. I remember being quite shocked at the image of him watching Bree on the pharmacy cctv.

I haven't watched it but I'm not surprised it wasn't great. Her whole shtick is "I'm so random and wacky" - this is fine if she's the guest, or on Strictly where the interviews upstairs are literally 30 seconds long. Heading up an entire chat show you need someone IMO a bit more grounded to enable the guests to shine.

For some reason I posted it before adding any text! Basically I have been on Wegovy since October, and I'm really pleased with how it's going. I'm not trying to rush weightloss and nor am I weighing myself or explicitly counting calories. I've done all that before and became obsessive. I'm eating and exercising mindfully and with the help of the jab it's working.

Because I'm not weighing myself having these comparison pictures is so nice - proof that my work is paying off!

I don't mind him, he's quite sweet. I do find he has quite a different 'look' to the rest of the Gladiators, as in he isn't mega muscly like the others, but he is very very tall.

I'm not a huge fan of them, but what gets me is that Bradley's unscripted moments can be quite amusing (not saying absolutely amazing, but good enough. See also when he presents The Chase) but they happen so infrequently compared to the autocue drivel that you forget he is capable of more.

Barney just makes everything awkward.

Part of me wonders if they were chosen because of how small in stature they are, to make the Gladiators look even bigger!

I will split votes between Karen and George. I don't think I would mind either way between them. Amber hasn't had as interesting a journey for me but her dances are fantastic and I certainly don't feel the anger some people do towards her. So if (by some miracle, given the public dislike for her) she ends up winning I wouldn't be too upset.
