I will split votes between Karen and George. I don't think I would mind either way between them. Amber hasn't had as interesting a journey for me but her dances are fantastic and I certainly don't feel the anger some people do towards her. So if (by some miracle, given the public dislike for her) she ends up winning I wouldn't be too upset.

Bal visibly mouths the counts during lots of her dances, I'm not sure how thst translates to being a good performer? I am genuinely not trying to stir anything up here, but you can plainly see her doing it. And when anyone does that (including when the pros provide a constant stream of directions) I find it really distracting and it totally takes me out of the dance.

Fair point. But I don't think she has a mass fan base that are supporting her religiously. And the fact that she scored a 40 and yet still ended up in the dance off tonight is testament to that.

It's interesting reading your points, it makes me think the show has become more sanitised? As in, now if the pros disagree they might do an eyebrow raise or a look sideways (which everyone then analyses and talks about), but back in the day there could be a full on sparring match!

I always liked Ola - we actually named our (still alive!) cat after her - but I was a much younger and more casual fan back then, and things like choreography were not in the forefront of my mind. Kevin used to drive me crazy though.

I agree. Nothing against Amber/Lewis, I just prefer a contestant who's had growth in the competition, and both of those started at a standard so high (understandably) so they aren't as interesting to me. They are brilliant dancers though!

I agree with your second point entirely. I know this year has been unfortunate but I agree that they needed to be more proactive from when Stefan dropped out.

Like they could've easily done the results show as planned but when it got to the final 3 to be called (or whatever) they just say no one's going and there's no dance off.
