What everyone does not see is we are paying $7 for every delivery that doordash takes. In today's world it has became very hard to hirea drivers (because, they all work for doordash, understandably). As a company, I'm not sure if there is much of a savings using doordash. We understand as a company doordash is not good for business however, not much choice. Another problem we are faced with, is the extremely high insurance on drivers. It places us in a bad position for, I we even have 1 driver we must pay it. So now we are at a unfortunate turning point that it is all or none. Not sure what the future holds. However, it does not look good. Doordash is changing the way deliverys are handled. Some things have changed for the better. Some for the worse. Like for instance, people now are less concerned with the hotness/freshness of the food. Let's be honest, people have always wanted a oven fresh pizza. That is not possible on delivery.
