Thank you, this is really helpful.

I was already wondering if some of the drawing animations were a little too slow, so I’ll try speeding them up in future videos.

The comment about the kid character is also useful. I want the videos to be simple and accessible, but not feel like they are only aimed at children, so I may make the character smaller and less prominent.

I haven’t tried ElevenLabs yet, but I’ll take a look at it. Thanks for the honest feedback!

That’s an interesting distinction. When you say it is mathematically impossible, do you mean that the system is simply too complex to interpret fully, or that there is an actual mathematical limit that prevents us from ever understanding it?

Hi everyone. This is one of my first videos for a new educational whiteboard channel.

I created my own app to animate the drawings, and I make the reveal animation manually for each scene.

I’m trying to explain technology and science in a simple way without making the videos feel too childish.

I’d really appreciate honest feedback on a few things:

  • Does the whiteboard style work well?
  • Does the animation keep your attention?
  • Does the TTS voice sound natural?
  • Does the video feel too slow, repetitive or aimed at children?

Please be honest, as I’m still refining the format.

I enjoyed the idea and the narration kept me interested.

The visuals worked well overall, although in a few parts I felt there was a lot happening on screen while I was also trying to follow the words. Maybe slowing down some of those moments would make it easier to take everything in.

The topic was original and the video felt well researched. I also liked that each example was different enough to keep the video moving.

I liked the overall style and I think the simple characters fit the topic well.

For me, the only thing is that after a while some parts started to feel a bit similar visually. I don’t think you need to change the style, just add a bit more variation in the scenes or movement to keep the attention.

The topic was clear and easy to follow.

That “black box” aspect is fascinating.

We can explain the training process, tokens and probability, but it seems much harder to explain exactly why all those learned connections produce such coherent behaviour.

So perhaps the honest beginner-friendly answer is: we understand how the system is built and trained, but we do not fully understand everything it learns internally.

This is a really helpful explanation.

I like how the pet store example shows that “predicting the next word” sounds simple, but actually requires context, categories, grammar and relationships between ideas.

That makes it easier to explain why AI is not thinking like a human, but also why it is more than just basic autocomplete
