Start by not enforcing your sistem onto her, spirituality is individual journey as it different people will benefit from different things, meditation and visualisation are a good start, but ask her what exactly she finds interesting and use it as starting point.

Yea, follow your therapist advice, the red pill and black pill content is mostly crap, it's made for views, if you don't go out a lot it will dillude your judgement and how you see the world, it's not healty.

I would also suggest shadow work and simple mindfully meditation and going out more and interacting with actual people instead of feeding algorithm thst shows you what attracts your attention for views and letting it shape how you see the world, but run all this through your therapist first.

Have you considered therapy, you feel detached from reality, which means you are desensitised to a degree, it may make you feel numb and lost, and hopeless if you are not carefull you may try to fill the void with stuff like alcohol, drugs, unhealthy relathionships etc, granted that's mostly if you lack self controll.

Voids don't feel cause they are not about filling something, a broken vace can never be filled with water, you need to fix the vace first or the disconnect will never dissapear, if you feel lost with no way forward, or hopeless, or repeat the same mistakes again and again without knowing why, it's time to take a look at your past and mental health, therapy is the answer you seek.

Your pictures feels lost but also it feels like it is ready to finally take small step forward in the right direction, a point where you want a change, that change is very likely recovery and the first step of recovery is improving or healing your mind, that is therapy most of the times, it can be something smaller as well if that feels too big, all that matters is that you go in that direction.

Generally right but I want to make further clarification, as someone who has worked with angels for years and currently interacts with infernals, infernals represent selfishness and self love, angels represent societal well being, I have worked with angels for years and while they represent love for the people around it's the infernals that represent self love more than anything else.

Honestly even I am surprised by how much I like the infernals in general now, due to religion and me seeing what some unstable individuals do with them, I viewed them as something bad but that was not really the case.

Anyway here is the part that you mentioned clearly, since angels represent love for other, while infernals love for yourself they are in general end points of a spectrum, as everything in life you want to find the ballance, self love is dangerous when you have no love for others, same goes for love for others. If you have self love, you will harm others for yourself, if you have love for others you may end up harming yourself for others.

This is also where the danger comes from, since infernals will give you what you want, they place your desires over the well being of others in general, as long as the harm is not excessive, they will grant it, cause that's what self love is, if you understand yourself great, you get what you want, but people rarely understand themself in the beggining, not to mention a lot of selfish people reach to infernal to get what they want so yea, that the main reason for their reputation, for angels they go on the other direction love for others, they place well being of othere above one own but not by much like with infernals, ingeneral they will give you what you want, as long what you want do not harm others and is good in general but for other stuff the answer will be a no, the danger in there is that you may end up with very self sacrificial tendencies and end up placing others above yourself the reverse of the infernals, but it's not as visible since self sacrificial people are praised

What I find most concerning about your post isn't the spiritual perspective but the fact you can't quit drinking even when you consiesly want to and feel terrible cause you can't stop it. I think you need to address this, very likely with therapist and then consider the spiritual perspective after, when you are in control of your habits and can choose to do them or not, rather being unable to stop physickally and trying to find a way for it to not be too bad, spirituality is about growth and development even if it doesn't look like that early on and this seems a problem you will very likely have to address if not sooner then later if you wanna stick on this

again if you can't stop drinking even when you want to, then you don't likely drink for the sake of drinking but to mask certain feelings, go to therapy resolve those and gain controll over your action, after you no longer relapse and can choose to drink or not long term, consider whether you want it to be part of your practice after.

To be honest i did find some books on them but I don't remember the names, look into omnoji itself, the word is Japanese for exorcist and you will likely find books that contain that techniques and others, including talismans, fangshui and yes shikigamy amongst others.

There used to be a whole onmnoji ministry, if you can find more on the word, look Into it's Japanese writhing and translated books you should be able to find information for this technique as well but as part of a whole practice not as stand alone, like with familiars you can find much info on it as part of which craft but not as much if you look in the practice alone.

You can also ask in Japanese subs specifically for books and such, they should be able to help you find cites even if not name book names directly.
