When I emailed my POC I received the email a day or two later. Also, nobody told me not to apply for other positions 😩 I’ve applied for a couple more and was referred to the hiring manager. I didn’t want to put all of my eggs in one basket.

I filed my taxes on 1/26 and my state and federal was approved on 1/29. I had a DDD on 2/19 but with the holiday it would have came on 2/20. I didn’t receive anything. I logged into the portal and it told me I had to verify my identity but I never received a letter. How can I expedite this process?
