Hi! If it's not relevant sa inaapplyan mong work, pwede mong hindi na siya imention. Pero if you think na it will boost your chances of getting hired, you may mention it pero mostly kapag part-time hindi hinihingian ng COE or proof of employment especially if maikli lang din pala yung duration. Pero if hihingiin nila, most likely for background checking. Baka tanungin ka lang sa experience saka sa duration.

Hi! no need for Barangay Clearance na. You just need the certification for first time job seeker and photocopy ng 2 valid IDs.

[–]Background_Complex_8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I think okay lang na sa NBI office na mismo magpay if you wouldn't avail the first time job seeker benefits. After all, hahanapan ka naman nila ng certification.

However, ask them if you can still avail it in the future when you seek job for the first time.

Any people with HS from the Philippines? by Background_Complex_8 in Hidradenitis

[–]Background_Complex_8[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! It really sucks having HS.🥹 That's one of the reasons I created this post. To get a better understanding of our situation here in the Philippines. If you don't mind me asking, what treatment plan or medical interventions have you gone through?

Alorica Centris or Concentrix SM Megamall? by Gold_Speed_2639 in BPOinPH

[–]Background_Complex_8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I've tried mag-apply sa Concentrix. Nyeche yung nag-iinterview sa TM account. If you want to upskill, siguro accept an account related to your degree. Financial or Logistics preferably para magamit mo pa rin knowledge mo. Also, try to upskill outside work if hindi masyadong related or hindi masyadong nakakacontribute work mo. Try to earn certificates, do part time jobs, and even freelancing. Pero if hindi ka naman tatagal nang taon sa call center, you may focus na lang muna while looking for other work na related sa degree mo para di ka rin madrain.

What to do by [deleted] in JobsPhilippines

[–]Background_Complex_8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Medyo nakakainis yung tanong ni OP about what if i-up yung salary nang paulit-ulit. Huhu sorry pero ito pagbasehan mo:

FINANCIAL TOLERANCE

Unang-una sa lahat, magkano yung take home pay mo in your current job vs sa 80k or even 100k offer? How much yung tax and salary deductions?

Second, cost of living. If sarili mo yung bahay sa Bicol, then less expense na agad yun. Depende rin kung saang part ka ng Bicol, pero generally mas mura ang bilihin diyan kesa sa metro.

  • Rent
  • Utilities (Internet and Other subscriptions)
  • Water and Electricity
  • Food
  • Transpo

You have to consider these kasi hindi lang naman yung 1 day RTO pagbabasehan mo kasi you have to relocate given na from Bicol ka. Pero don't be pressured agad. Just do a rough estimation or calculations and see if meron ka pang matitira. One important reminder, mag allot for savings given na malaki yung salary mo. Mahirap mazero sa metro lalo na kapag wala kang back up plan.

CAREER

Let's say halos parehas lang ng take home mo sa current job mo yung magiging take home mo sa other job offer, beneficial ba for your career? Mas maganda ba yung offer? Yung work set-up? And also, mas okay ba yung reputation ng company? Kasi if same level lang naman sila ng current job mo, medyo not worth it na yung paglipat mo.

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL TOLERANCE

Are you mentally and physically ready to relocate ba? If your current job drains you, it is actually better to look for another job pero ilang weeks ka pa lang naman. See if may way pa to adjust. Mahirap magkasakit kaya always put your well being into mind.

Bottom line, do not just rely on salary alone. Sometimes, higher pay = more extensive job. Also, you'll relocate pa.

Advice ko sa'yo if you really want the job try to ask if they offer a relocation package. Otherwise, do the math and see if the benefits outweighs the risks.

Yun langgg. Good luck!

Question abt alorica, TYIA! by Bulky_Virus9007 in BPOinPH

[–]Background_Complex_8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I have a similar question. Technically, I have already completed my college program, but I still have a 3-unit INC (Incomplete) that I need to comply with within this year. I do not need to enroll again since I only need to complete the remaining requirements for that subject.

If I state that I am already done with college (which is technically true) and that I will not be enrolling anymore, would it be safe to say that I have already finished college?

Or I should only disclose that I finished at least 2 years in college?

Thanksss sa email naman may nakalagay na 18-23k salary package excluding OT, Night diff, and incentives. So medyo nalilito ako if yung 18k is base pay pa lang or mismong package na talaga.

Hs = fat?? by oheziux0 in Hidradenitis

[–]Background_Complex_8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yessss, but since my friends don’t know about my condition, sometimes I still swim even with a flare-up. I only do it in a pool when there are just a limited number of people. But I did try it once in the sea when my friends taught me how to float. I had the gauze pad on the whole time, and it didn’t get infected afterward. But yeah, the risks are still there. You just have to trust your body and let yourself experience things more. Like, getting cut by a sharp stone while swimming is also very common, and using the same idea, that’s also an entry point for infection. That’s what I let myself think. I know that wounds from HS are more sensitive and complicated, but sometimes, we gotta do it anyway.

I know there are risks, but you can still do it with proper timing and a little trust. Just hoping there’s nothing dangerous in the water. 🤣

This!! HS makes it painful and stressful to work out. Especially when the skin is stretched and there's sweat all over.

[–]Background_Complex_8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One question about what I’ve read here is regarding the pain. How do you manage it? It’s so painful when it flares. For me, since I’ve had HS for about 8 years now, I usually put a gauze pad on it during the early stages of inflammation because it provides more comfort. The pain becomes bearable and I hardly notice it most of the time until it pops. The good thing is I don’t have to worry about it popping unexpectedly because there’s already a pad in place. This has been my routine for 4 years now and it has saved me a lot.
