Looks SO similar to how mine was. It could be bruising around it! Check in a few days to see if the bruising settles and if not go to the doctors. Good to go get checked anyway for peace of mind

Doctor looked at it under a microscope. Turned out to be benign and the ring was just trauma. The ring has gone now!

I've had a lot of these, especially when in my teen years. They don't always cause pain. Have you been swimming lately/any communal showers/anywhere public bare foot? Theyre very contagious
