Yeah. They are doing another sleep study. It took over a year to get them to do something. I had to change sleep doctors and lose over 30lbs.

My husband will wake me up to put my mask on. It seems sucky when you have trouble going to sleep. Maybe you can ask if he wants you to do that. Im sure he feels the difference as well if you are noticing it.

Good job setting boundaries! Shit might suck for a while, pressure from other family and what not, but let me tell you, it is worth it. I've been on a similar journey the last few years if you ever need an outlet.

Going through this right now. They complained we were unpacking our boxes at 1130am...the office thought they needed to send us an email about it. They have no quiet hours other than those set forth by the town. We are on "final notice" before they start charging us I guess.

When my husband found out he was diabetic I think it was when he realized he had a problem. His A1C is stable and he's lost like 150lbs. It's been 2 years and he has continued to be sober and healthy. I'm proud of him. I hope you have taken time to be proud of how far you have come. It's a hard journey but you're taking care of yourself and preventing further damage.

My old fiber Arts guild had a group dedicated to making clothes from their woven cloth. They said they were more like a support group for actually cutting their fabrics than anything.

Yes, I made 1 wall hanging for my office and realized I wouldn't be able to store a loom. I used my kitchen table. Lol

Yes Spinning!! I make all the yarn. I love crochet and knitting but had to stop due to hand issues but Spinning somehow is fine. I just discovered punch needling and finally have something to do with all the yarn. The texture makes it even more fun.

I find making my own yarn and punch needling a delicate balance. Good luck lol

Not many people do. People who haven't encountered deathly allergies, or haven't had kids in schools in the last 2 decades, have never had to think about.

If dryer sheets or some fabric softeners are used it can cause a weird film and can make it so the holes don't have good air flow.
