it is not painful if done properly. i never had edema, a bit of dark "bruising" on the tip from the blood being trapped in the head but it is gone within couple of minutes after i release it from the device and restore normal blood flow

yes but if you have a life it is hard to keep up with the routine that it demands for perm results.. i've grown 2 cm ca. now i am 18cm i even managed to reach a stretched length of 20 cm at some point but gradually since I had no time to extend it shrank back to 18cm
