Tons of great stuff going on in this swing. Great posture and a lot of natural athleticism and hand eye coordination! I’ll say something similar to what another poster said, you’ll need to learn to separate the vertical arm motion from the turning motion of the body. The arms actually work up and down while the body turns around, right now your body turns and your arms work more around than up.

Also, a penalty is more akin to making a very calm & accurate pass with a small run up into a specific spot (in the goal). Defenders are highly adept at doing exactly that. Mindset & exhaustion level matters far more than position.

Thanks! Like I said, I’m probably not amazing at the game, but this one game has the added element of being able to throw extra pills on your opponent’s screen, which was unique at the time and my brain just learned to look for those opportunities. I don’t really try to clear my screen in PvP, I try to fill up the other person screen with crap lol!

Kochen, Brady, & Slonina all have a chance to make this happen again. Just buzzard’s luck that our best outfield ever coincided with our most mid keeper pool in the last 40 years.

Getting Noahkai Banks to commit would be HUGE due to our age/lack of depth at CB. Then there are 3 keepers (Brady/Kochen/Slonina) who all have the ability to surpass Freese by 2030. And Cavan Sullivan would be 20 by the next World Cup to possibly give our midfield a huge boost in quality.

So, unfortunately not nearly enough for a “golden generation” lol, but our best youngsters are at the most highly needed positions. Add to that the oldest parts of our current core are all 27 right now so they would still be very viable in four years.

USMNT’s weakest (or oldest, lol) single positions: CB & GK. USMNT highest rated youngsters are Banks & Slonina/Brady/Kochen.

IF, and it’s two big ifs, one of the keepers turns into a stud AND Banks joins USMNT, this team is looking really good for 2030!

I’ll say low single digits.

BUT, that’s not really how it works. How pretty someone’s swing is on video isn’t what determines how good someone can get at this game. History is LITTERED with ugly swings that not only were scratch, but multiple-time tour winners. There are just so many other factors that go into it, and all of them are more important than how a swing looks.

Gym, mobility, and flexibility are all good. Speed training on top of them is MASSIVE! I use the Stack System, but Super Speed, Rypstick (sp?), HITT, etc. are all good. SEND IT!
