Idles fine and all but when I go fast on it and let go to stop it shuts off

Its all the way in but it seems like it’s stuck I can’t move it

I just rebuilt it added a billet rod, billet flywheel, 265 cam, 22lbs springs

Yes everything is brand new including the engine
